Research on Comprehensive Utilization Technology of Gasification Residue As A Byproduct in the Coal Gasification Process
The research progress and technical pathways for the comprehensive utilization of gasification residue play a crucial role in the sustainable development of the coal chemical industry.As a byproduct of the coal gasification process,gasification residue has been successfully transformed into high-value-added products such as new materials and clean energy through key technologies such as efficient separation,intelligent processing,and resource conversion.This not only improves economic benefits but also significantly reduces environmental pollution.This paper summarizes the main research achievements in the comprehensive utilization of gasification residue in recent years,including technological optimization,application field expansion,and the establishment of circular economy models.At the same time,this paper also points out the current challenges,such as technical level,economic benefits,and environmental impact,and proposes key research directions and suggestions for the future,including deepening the research and development of key technologies,improving policies and regulations,promoting deep integration of industry,academia,research,and application,and strengthening international cooperation.Through continuous technological innovation and policy support,the comprehensive utilization of gasification residue is expected to provide strong support for the green,low-carbon,and sustainable development of the coal chemical industry.
