In order to achieve the goal of"dual carbon",China has made a series of work deployment.The oil and gas sector is one of the important area for the implementation of carbon peak carbon neutral action.Based on the new generation of information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and the Internet of Things,this paper proposes the construction concept of an independent and controllable digital platform for environmental management of drilling and completion operations from the aspects of development mode,function design,data collection and management,etc.,to help the high-quality development of digital and intelligent environmental management in the energy industry and the realization of the goal of"dual carbon".
