摘要

在当今的海洋石油开采过程中,随着油井逐渐转向注聚开采方式,原油中携带了大量的含聚污油泥.这些污油泥在原油的下游生产系统中引起了严重的流程和设备堵塞问题,尤其是对原油加热器的影响尤为明显.为解决这一问题,文章提出了利用进料泵压力差进行加热器自清洗的改造方案,并成功实现了加热器的自清洗,提高了换热效果,降低了维护成本.这一改造方案具有操作简便、成本低、安全高效等优点,为解决类似问题提供了借鉴.该研究对海洋石油生产装置的运行维护具有重要意义.

Abstract

In the process of offshore oil exploitation,with the oil well gradually turn to the injection exploitation mode,the crude oil carries a large amount of concentrated oil sludge.These sewage sludge cause serious process and equipment blockage problems in the downstream production system of crude oil,especially on crude oil heaters.In order to solve this problem,the transformation scheme of the heater self-cleaning by using the feed pump pressure difference is put forward,and the self-cleaning of the heater is successfully realized,improving the heat transfer effect and reducing the maintenance cost.This transformation scheme has the advantages of simple operation,low cost,safety and high efficiency,which provides a reference for solving similar problems.This study is of great significance to the operation and maintenance of the offshore oil production plant.
