A Petrochemical Process Safety Risk Assessment Method Based on Improved Principal Component Analysis
Petrochemical processes are affected by complex and interacting factors, making it a great challenge to accurately identify their risk status. This paper designed a safety risk assessment method based on improved principal component analysis. This method analyzes a variety of security risk assessment factors, including human operation, equipment status, advanced technology, management strategy and external environment.By adopting the calculation method based on improved principal component analysis, these factors are quantified and their respective safety risk weights are obtained,so that the contribution of each factor in the overall safety risk is clarified. On this basis, the safety risk assessment model of petrochemical process is constructed. The model can consider the interaction of various factors and determine the safety risk assessment level of petrochemical process through model calculation. The experimental results show that the safety risk assessment method of petrochemical process designed in this paper based on improved principal component analysis has an average score of 83.33,which shows that the design method is more accurate in safety risk assessment and can identify and manage risks more effectively.
