摘要
文章对海洋石油平台建造数据的特点、分类、分析要求和指导意义进行探讨,明确了建造数据管理对项目生产过程中的阶段性工作量预判、工单分解、数据回归、定额管理的重要作用,并对建造过程中主干施工专业数据库搭建了模板,为大型模块化LNG工厂、FPSO及海洋石油平台建造管理提供了参考.同时提出通过大数据和物联网的结合,建造数据管理未来将朝着动态可视化、数据集成化以及智能化的方向发展,使项目管理者能够更高效地完成项目管理工作.
Abstract
This paper discusses the characteristics,classification,analysis requirements and guiding significance of offshore oil platform construction data,clarifies the important role of construction data management in the stage workload prediction,work order decomposition,data regression and quota management in the project production process,and sets up a template for the backbone construction professional database in the construction process.It provides a reference for the construction management of large-scale modular LNG plants,FPSO and offshore oil platforms.At the same time,it is proposed that through the combination of big data and the internet of things,the future construction data management will be developed in the direction of dynamic visualization,data integration and intelligence,so that project managers can complete the project management work more efficiently.
