Exploration of Reform Regarding on Pharmacology Tteaching Aimed at Cultivating Innovative Pharmaceutical Talents
As one of China's strategil emerging industries,biomedicine has an escalating demand for highly skilled pharmaceutical professionals.Therefore,there is an urgent need to cultivate compound pharmaceutical experts with innovative thinking,and exceptional capabilities.Pharmacology,serving as a bridging discipline between pharmacy,basic medicine,and clinical pharmacotherapeutics,plays an immensely significant role in advancing pharmaceutical fundamental science and pioneering novel drugs.This paper investigates and analyzes the current state of scientific research and innovation capabilities among pharmacy students through a questionnaire survey.In conjunction with the common issues present in pharmacology teaching processes,it actively explores teaching reforms in terms of instructional approaches and methods.The primary feature is the incorporation of a feedback-oriented scientific research teaching model,combined with pedagogical techniques such as PBL,TBL,and flipped classrooms.Emphasis is placed on fostering advanced thinking skills and comprehensive competencies in pharmacological scientific research to enable students to acquire fundamental pharmacological knowledge while developing essential research skills,thereby establishing a solid foundation for cultivating their innovative spirit.
