摘要

文章通过对固化层厚度、风蚀率和喷雾降尘效率等多种评价方法,研究评估煤矿井下使用抑尘剂的效果,为煤矿企业选择最有效的产品提供科学依据.研究发现,适当选择和使用抑尘剂能显著降低井下粉尘浓度,改善工作环境,并减少对矿工健康的危害.此外,研究推荐了结壳型和捕捉型抑尘剂的使用,前者通过形成固化层抑制粉尘二次飞扬,后者则专注于捕捉空气中的粉尘颗粒.实验结果显示,所选抑尘剂能有效提高降尘效率,具有实际应用价值.

Abstract

This paper studies and evaluates the effect of using dust suppressants in underground coal mines by evaluating the thickness of solidified layer,wind erosion rate and spray dust removal efficiency,and provides scientific basis for coal mine enterprises to choose the most effective products.It is found that the appropriate selection and use of dust suppressants can significantly reduce the concentration of underground dust,improve the working environment,and reduce the harm to the health of miners.In addition,the study recommends the use of crust-type dust suppressants,which inhibit dust secondary flight by forming a solidified layer,and capture type dust suppressants,which focus on capturing dust particles in the air.The experimental results show that the selected dust suppressor can effectively improve the dust removal efficiency and has practical application value.
