工业废盐热解资源化技术研究现状

随着工业废盐产量的递增,在国内环保政策与行业标准的双重压力下,工业废盐的资源化利用技术亟待研究.近年来,热解技术在固体废弃物及危险废弃物处理中的应用范围逐渐扩大.针对现有的工业废盐热解技术,总结了热解温度、升温速率、热解时间等参数对其的影响,并对比分析了碳化炉、流化床、回转窑这3种热解设备的应用优缺点.从热解机理研究、热解产物控制以及工程应用的角度出发,提出了当前工业废盐热解资源化技术所面临的问题,并对未来热解技术的发展进行了展望.
Research Status of Resource Utilization Technology for Pyrolysis of Industrial Waste Salt
With the increasing production of industrial waste salt,under the dual pressure of domestic environmental protection policies and industry standards,the technology for the resource utilization of industrial waste salt urgently needs to be studied.In recent years,the application scope of pyrolysis technology in the treatment of solid waste and hazardous waste has gradually expanded.This paper summarizes the influence of parameters such as pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,and pyrolysis time on the existing pyrolysis technology for industrial waste salt,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of three pyrolysis equipment:carbonization furnace,fluidized bed,and rotary kiln.From the perspectives of pyrolysis mechanism research,pyrolysis product control,and engineering application,this paper puts forward the problems faced by the current resource utilization technology for pyrolysis of industrial waste salt and looks forward to the development of pyrolysis technology in the future.
