Research on Safety Competence Evaluation Indicators for Road Transport Personnel of Hazardous Chemicals Based on AHP Method
To reduce the risk of road transport accidents involving hazardous chemicals and minimize work safety accidents caused by inadequate competence of transport personnel, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is employed to evaluate and analyze the factors influencing the safety competence of road transport personnel handling hazardous chemicals.By combining the characteristics of the hazardous chemicals road transport industry and the current employment status of transport personnel, safety competence indicators are identified,an evaluation indicator system is constructed, and weight values for different indicators are calculated. The results indicate that the professional skills for hazardous chemicals transport, with a weight value of 0.465 8,are the primary indicator affecting safety competence.Additionally, factors such as emergency response to vehicle accidents, judgment ability in transport safety, and use of vehicle equipment are also relatively significant. The evaluation results based on the AHP method can provide a reference for improving the safety competence of road transport personnel handling hazardous chemicals.
