有机化学实验室易燃液体安全使用"四步机制"的构建

近年来,高等院校的化学实验室偶尔会发生一些由于不当使用易燃液体而导致的火灾事故,给教师和学生的生命财产带来巨大威胁.因此,在化学安全教育的课堂中指导学生如何安全使用易燃液体十分必要.根据易燃液体的物理和化学性质、燃烧的本质以及火灾事故中可采取的紧急措施,文章在实验室安全RAMP原则基础上提出了易燃液体安全使用"四步机制":识别易燃液体危险源、评估易燃液体风险、将易燃液体产生火灾事故的风险最小化、为紧急情况做准备.这对有机化学实验教师如何指导学生建立易燃液体安全使用知识体系提供了新的思路.
Construction of"Four-step Mechanism"for Safe Use of Flammable Liquids in Organic Chemistry Laboratories
In recent years,some fire accidents caused by improper use of flammable liquids have occasionally occurred in chemical laboratories of colleges and universities,which have brought great threat to the lives and property of teachers and students.Therefore,it is necessary to instruct students how to use flammable liquids safely in chemical safety education classes.According to the physical and chemical properties of flammable liquids,the nature of combustion and the emergency measures that can be taken in a fire accident,this paper puts forward a four-step mechanism for the safe use of flammable liquids based on the laboratory safety RAMP principle:identifying flammable liquid hazards,assessing flammable liquid risks,minimizing the risk of flammable liquid fire accidents,and preparing for emergency situations.It provides a new idea for organic chemistry experiment teachers to guide students to establish knowledge system of safe use of flammable liquids.
