Production and business units to establish a sound and perfect emergency rescue system,not only to minimize the accident when the injury of personnel,reduce the loss of enterprise property,but also to improve the enterprise in the face of emergency response ability,better guide the accident unit personnel to carry out emergency response and emergency escape.This paper analyzes the improvement of emergency plans,the improvement of emergency team mechanism and the improvement of emergency disposal skills of grass-roots staff,and puts forward the improvement direction and specific measures of enterprise emergency disposal ability.
