Discussion on Safety Production and Accident Prevention in Gasification Plants
Starting from ensuring intrinsic safety and based on the characteristics of gasification plant operations,this paper focuses on nine typical elements:safety production responsibility system,safe operation,equipment integrity management,safety instrumentation management,work permit and contractor safety management,change management,risk management,emergency preparedness and response,safety education and training,and capacity building.It elaborates on potential issues during the operation of gasification plants and proposes corresponding suggestions and solutions to enhance the level of safety production and accident prevention capabilities of enterprises.
