Practice and Effect of Green Shutdown for Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit
A refinery's atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit underwent shutdown maintenance on March 15,2022.The paper analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of enclosed purging during the shutdown blowing-out process and optimizes the oil drainage process and the vapor steaming process at the top of the atmospheric tower.By adopting diesel super-cleaning technology and vapor purification technology,the refinery successfully reduced sewage discharge and odor generation,effectively protecting the environment and employee health.Additionally,the application of these advanced technologies significantly improved the operational efficiency and internal cleanliness of the equipment,ensuring its normal operating status and production efficiency.This green shutdown maintenance not only achieved the goal of environmental protection but also brought about a dual enhancement in production benefits.
