In order to transport bulk PTA(purified terephthalic acid)products in large tons using container liner bags,the issue of filling needs to be addressed.To this end,Fujian Fuhaichuang Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has independently developed a horizontal filling process system.The specific operation of the system is to place a 20GP sized PE liner bag in a container of the same size,place the container horizontally on a rack,and use the feed pipe of the gravity based horizontal filling system to horizontally fill the material into the rear of the container.By utilizing the flow rate and fluidization characteristics generated by the gravity of PTA powder,the material is filled into the container in a horizontal manner.This system not only achieves fully enclosed operation but also significantly improves filling efficiency,effectively saving packaging materials and achieving low-carbon environmental protection.According to statistics,it saves approximately RMB 60 per ton of PTA in packaging and transportation costs,resulting in remarkable economic and social benefits.
