With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the scale of engineering projects in the petroleum and chemical industry is getting larger and larger,the degree of automation and information is getting higher and higher,and the subsystems involved in the project construction process are becoming more and more abundant and the professional intersection is becoming more and more intensive.Due to the multi-specialty and interface division of labor management involving multiple units,the comprehensive ability of instrument technicians is also becoming more and more complex.To this end,the paper summarizes the key points of instrument technical management in each stage of petrochemical engineering projects,and provides reference for similar project construction.
