Exploration of Bidding Risks in the Fixed Total Price Contract Mode of Procurement and Construction General Contracting
This paper mainly describes the fixed total price contract mode of procurement construction in the construction process of petrochemical industry,as well as the tenderer and bidders in the bidding and bidding process,and makes clear the overall concept that both sides should establish a community of interests.In the tender/bidding documents,bidding materials,bidding questions and clarification,contract negotiation and sign the whole process must have a big picture,clear express their needs and perceived risk,prior control,fair share the risk,reduce disputes,finally ensure the smooth realization of the project goal.
