This paper explores in depth the problems and countermeasures of optimizing labor quotas in petrochemical enterprises.Analyzing the current situation of labor quota management in China,the problems existing in the labor quota of petrochemical enterprises have been identified,such as unclear staffing standards,disconnection from actual work,the impact of technological updates on staffing,and adaptability to changes in the labor market and so on.This paper proposeds a staffing optimization strategy based on job analysis and process reengineering,as well as implementation steps for technical support and tool application.This paper provides a systematic labor quota optimization framework for petrochemical enterprises to improve human resource management efficiency and enterprise competitiveness.
