With the continuous advancement of emerging science and technology and the growing demand for medical services,the interdisciplinary field of medicine and industry is progressively becoming a pivotal force in driving innovation in healthcare.However,there are still some challenges and issues in establishing medical and engineering interdisciplinary disciplines as well as developing a comprehensive personnel training system.Taking Beijing University of Chemical Technology as a case study,this paper thoroughly analyzes the current situation and challenges faced by the construction of medical and engineering interdisciplinary disciplines along with personnel training.It proposes corresponding measures and innovative ideas for teaching reform,aiming to provide valuable insights for similar universities.
