Talents are the foundation and strategic support of Chinese path to modernization,and high-quality development is the primary task of Chinese path to modernization.The cultivation of talents in the petrochemical industry is of great strategic significance for enhancing the high-quality development of China's petrochemical industry.Based on the more than ten years of development experience of Huizhou Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University,and deeply explores and practices the talent cultivation model in the petrochemical industry.It proposes a collaborative talent cultivation structure between industry,academia,and research,creates a"dual channel"training model for industrial workers,optimizes the evaluation path for technical talent capabilities,and explores a practical path suitable for high-quality development of the petrochemical industry from different levels of talent cultivation and talent echelon construction.
