Teaching Design and Practice of"Extraction and Application of Plant Functional Components"Based on the Formation of Key Competencies of Engineering
Based on the collaborative education mode of"key competencies of engineering and curriculum ideological and political education",this paper combined with the characteristics of pharmaceutical engineering major in Guangxi Minzu Normal University,this paper discusses the teaching design of"extraction and application of plant functional components"training project.Teaching practice was carried out from the identification of Stemona root,the extraction of functional components of Stemona root,and the anti-oxidation of functional components of Stemona.The teaching reform has achieved certain results in strengthening students'understanding and analysis of the extraction and application knowledge of plant functional components,improving students'engineering core literacy,solving practical engineering problems related to the extraction of raw materials and cultivating students'awareness of scientific research and innovation.
