Research on Boiler Energy Saving Transformation and Efficiency Improvement Technology under the"Dual Carbon"Goals
At present,boilers in chemical equipment still face problems of low energy utilization efficiency and high emission concentration during operation.In response to the above challenges,this paper applies hydrothermal medium technology to conduct energy saving renovation experiments on chemical boiler equipment.Coal and deionized water in the same proportion are mixed in a reaction kettle,stirred evenly,and heated at a set temperature and pressure.After the reaction is completed,the coal is naturally cooled and the pressure is released.The hydrothermal treated coal is taken out and excess moisture is removed by drying to obtain dry hydrothermal coal for further combustion experiment analysis.The experimental results show that the renovated chemical boiler has been optimized in terms of calorific value,combustion efficiency,and emission concentration,which can improve the energy utilization efficiency of the boiler,reduce carbon emissions,and provide technical support for achieving"dual carbon"goals.
