连续油管自动控制系统研究与应用

近年来,油气装备不断向着数字化和智能化方向发展和转型,其中被油田誉为"万能作业机"连续管作业机的液控或电控液的传统手动操作模式存在操作安全的风险高以及作业劳动量大的问题,已经不能满足装备智能化的发展水平,因此改善连续管作业机的自动化水平变得尤为重要.文章提出了一种连续管作业机的自动控制系统,包含开发出适应连续油管的低速稳定自动钻磨、安全保护紧急停止、装备远程监控的自动化控制系统等,最终实现降低作业成本,提高作业效率,减少作业用工量.
Research and Application of Automatic Control System for Continuous Tubing
In recent years,oil and gas equipment has been continuously developing and transforming towards digitalization and intelligence,the traditional manual operation mode of hydraulic control or electric control fluid,which is known as the"universal operating machine"in the oilfield,has high operational safety risks and a large amount of labor,it can no longer meet the development level of equipment intelligence,therefore,improving the automation level of continuous pipe operation machines has become particularly important.A research on the automatic control system of a continuous tubing operation machine has been proposed,which includes the development of a low-speed stable automatic drilling and grinding system suitable for continuous tubing,safety protection emergency stop,and an automated control system equipped with remote monitoring,the ultimate goal is to reduce homework costs,improve homework efficiency,and reduce workload.
