摘要

为解决燃气管网泄漏管理效率低的问题,文章设计了一种基于物联网的智慧燃气管理系统.该系统包括感知层、网络层、应用层,更改了燃气系统控制器.经系统测试结果显示,可燃气体泄漏源与测试装置距离500 cm时装置可在60 s触发报警;可燃气体泄漏源与测试装置距离100 cm时可在20 s后迅速触发报警;随着测试时间延长,测试燃气泄漏体积分数数据显示具有稳定性,能够有效及时检测燃气泄漏,同时实现远程操作.

Abstract

An intelligent gas management system based on Internet of things was designed to solve the low efficiency of gas pipeline network leakage management.The system includes sensing layer,network layer and application layer.The fuel gas system controller has been changed.The test results show that the device can trigger the alarm in 60 s when the distance between the fuel gas leakage source and the test device is 500 cm When the distance between the flammable gas leakage source and the testing device is 100 cm,the alarm can be triggered quickly after 20 s,it can detect gas leakage in time and realize remote operation.
