Hazardous chemical leakage accidents pose major safety risks worldwide,which not only pose a threat to human health and safety,but also may have long-term impacts on the environment.For such incidents,scientific accident analysis and prevention and control strategy research is particularly important.This paper systematically analyzes the process of risk assessment for leakage,discusses the technical and management prevention and control strategy,and puts forward the comprehensive emergency treatment plan,including emergency response process design,configuration and management of key emergency resources and the importance and execution of emergency drills,aims to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the prevention and response of leakage accidents.
