新型乙烷裂解炉辐射段炉管鼓包、开裂失效原因分析

某乙烯装置乙烷裂解炉为国内设计单位设计的HQF-G Ⅳ型裂解炉,辐射段炉管设计使用寿命10。0年,实际运行3。5年时发现10处鼓包,其中2处开裂失效,严重影响乙烯装置的安全运行。针对乙烷裂解炉辐射段炉管使用寿命严重低于设计值的情况,通过宏观分析、化学成分分析、应力分析、硬度检测、CFD模拟分析、能谱分析、扫描电镜分析对炉管失效原因进行分析。结果表明:炉管失效由于长时间在不均匀温度场下服役,高温造成金属材料组织劣化,同时受到热应力、扭曲应力的共同作用,炉管局部区域发生塑形变形,产生高温蠕变,随着蠕变损伤的积累,导致炉管开裂。
Analysis of the Failure Causes of the Tube Bulge and Cracking in the Radiation Section of the Tew Ethane Cracking Furnace
The ethane cracking furnace of an ethylene plant is HQF-G Ⅳ type cracking furnace designed by China Huanqiu Contracting & Engineering Co.,Ltd..The design service life of the furnace tube in the radiating section is 10.0 years.In the actual operation of 3.5 years,10 bulge and 2 of which have cracke d and failed,which seriously affected the safe operation of the ethylene plant.In view of the situation that the service life of the furnace tube in the radiation section of the ethane cracking furnace is seriously lower than the design value,the failure causes of the furnace tube are analyzed through macro analysis,chemical composition analysis,stress analysis,hardness detection,CFD simulation analysis,energy spectrum analysis and scanning electron microscope analysis.The results show that the furnace tube failure due to the long-term service in the uneven temperature field,the high temperature causes the deterioration of the metal material structure,and at the same time,the joint action of thermal stress and distortion stress leads to the deformation of the local area of the furnace tube,resulting in high temperature creep.
