Research on Overseas Oilfield Technological Safety Prevention and Control Strategies
This paper discusses the optimization issues of technological safety prevention and control strategies in overseas oilfields.Overseas oilfields face many challenges in technological safety management, such as equipment aging, insufficient skills of operators, language communication barriers, and inadequate implementation of safety systems. To address these issues, this paper proposes a safety prevention and control approach based on equipment classification management, dividing equipment into critical, important, and general categories, and formulating specific management measures for different levels of equipment.Through a case analysis in an oilfield in the Middle East, the effectiveness of the classification management strategy was verified. The implementation of this strategy significantly improves the efficiency of equipment maintenance execution and equipment management effectiveness, reduces equipment failure rates and production safety risks, and provides beneficial references for technological safety prevention and control in overseas oilfields. This strategy helps enterprises to establish a comprehensive safety management system, enhance the skills of operators, strengthen equipment maintenance and management, and ensure the continuous development of technological safety.
