摘要

卤井套管穿漏是岩盐矿山最为常见的事故.万207井同时存在套管穿漏与堵塞井筒的问题,井下情况复杂.为恢复卤井正常生产及保障修井质量,文章分析了套管穿漏和井筒堵塞的原因,采用了以温度测井、流量测井为主的漏点检测手段,针对性加强了堵漏措施,优化了套管串结构设计,巧妙利用降咸管思路实施了卤井试生产.万207套管穿漏的成功修复可为同类工程施工提供重要的借鉴意义.

Abstract

Casing leakage in brine wells is the most common accident in rock salt mines.Wan 207 well has the problems of casing leakage and wellbore blockage at the same time,and the downhole situation is complicated.In order to restore the normal production of brine wells and ensure the quality of workover,this paper analyzes the causes of casing leakage and wellbore blockage,adopts the leak detection methods of temperature logging and flow logging,strengthens the plugging measures,optimizes the casing string structure design,and skillfully uses the idea of desalting pipe to implement the trial production of brine wells.The successful repair of Wan 207 well casing leakage can provide important reference for similar projects.
