Y油田位于渤海辽东湾海域,C1井是其中1 口水平井,在三开φ215.9 mm井眼钻进过程中,轨迹即将偏离设计,通过更换钻具组合,并调整钻进参数,成功将轨迹控制在设计范围之内,确保了油层钻遇率.这为Y油田同类型储层钻进轨迹控制积累了经验,同时为其他地区使用马达钻具在疏松砂岩地层中控制轨迹提供参考.
Case of Trajectory Control with PDM in Loose Sandstone Formation and Technical Measures
C1 Well is one of the horizontal wells,during the drilling process of the third opening with a 215.9 mm borehole,the trajectory was about to deviate from the designed trajectory.By changing the drilling tool assembly and adjusting the drilling parameters,the trajectory was successfully controlled within the designed range,ensuring the oil layer encounter rate.This paper provides a basis for selecting drilling tool assemblies for similar horizontal wells in this oilfield,and serves as a reference for other regions to use motorized drilling tools to control trajectory in loose sandstone formations.
