Research on Scheduling Management in Coal Chemical Enterprises Based on"6S"
In recent years,the innovation and development of coal-to-gas and coal-to-oil technologies have driven the large-scale production of coal-derived products.Currently,coal chemical enterprises have entered a new stage of high-quality development.In this context,enterprises should closely integrate with the expanding market demand for production,continuously improve their scheduling management level,and further optimize existing production methods.Based on this background,this paper outlines the basic content and main characteristics of"6S"management and analyzes its role in scheduling management in coal chemical enterprises.The specific applications of"6S"management are discussed from three aspects:application principles,systematic application,and specialized application.It not only promotes the updating and upgrading of scheduling management models but also significantly improves the efficiency of scheduling management,playing a positive role in optimizing production methods.
