With the increasing demand for oil depot safety in society and the continuous development of related technologies such as depot digitization,the safety management of refined oil depots is facing new challenges.This paper starts from the current situation of safety management in refined oil depots and analyzes the problems and their causes in terms of equipment,safety systems,outsourcing management,talent development,and network security.Corresponding management ideas and solutions are proposed to address these issues.In the new situation of increasingly stringent policies and environmental protection requirements,as well as the continuous development of digitization and informatization technologies,this paper provides useful ideas and references for the improvement and refinement of safety management in refined oil depots.
