The first test run of a large-scale refining and chemical project is a complex system engineering,which should be based on the preparation of the overall test plan,solid and detailed preparatory work and scientific coordination,the overall test run is divided into each key stage,and the test run work in each key stage is strictly controlled,so as to ensure the realization of the overall test goal.Key points of the first start:production preparation personnel should focus on reviewing the detailed design for deficiencies and missing items,put forward improvement suggestions and follow up the implementation.It is very important to make scientific and reasonable first test scheme and test network.It is the guarantee of successful test to make a perfect plan of plant start-up and system scheduling.The retreat plan is as practical as possible,which is necessary for the first drive of a large new installation.
