As one of the key components of national energy security,the Party building work and the Party member education management face many challenges,including the complexity of the working environment,the diversity of the Party members and the urgent need for advanced technology and management skills.Based on the strategic position of oil field and the importance of the Party member education in improving organizational effectiveness,this paper puts forward a series of targeted management measures,such as strengthening daily the Party member education,implementing multi-level education,establishing information education platform,and implementing characteristic management.Through the implementation of these strategies,enhance the political theory level and professional skills of the Party members,strengthen the effectiveness of the oilfield the Party building work,so as to provide support for the sustainable development of the oilfield and national energy strategic security.
