数智化背景下高职"双高"专业群创新发展探索

数字技术改变了传统职业教育办学理念,高职院校需要增强人才培养在产业数字化转型背景下的适应性.作为人才培养的最小单位,专业建设必将经历数智赋能背景下的创新发展.文章探索了数智化赋能职业教育时代高职"双高"专业群创新发展的路径,通过分析数智化赋能视域下专业群创新发展的现实需求,梳理数智化赋能中专业群创新发展的现实问题,提出在智能时代,高职院校应从提升数字化治理理念与治理水平、调整专业群人才培养定位、推进教师队伍数字化建设、协同共建专业群数字化教学资源、改革课堂教学评价方式这 6 个方面探索"双高"专业群的创新发展,形成高质量教育需求与高质量人才供给的良性循环.
Exploration on Innovation and Development of"Double High"Professional Group in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Number Intelligence
Digital technology has changed the traditional concept of vocational education,and higher vocational colleges need to enhance the adaptability of talent training under the background of industrial digital transformation.As the smallest unit of talent training,professional construction will definitely experience the innovative development under the background of digital intelligence empowerment.This paper explores the path of innovation and development of professional groups of"double high"in higher vocational education in the era of intelligent number empowering vocational education.By analyzing the practical needs of innovation and development of professional groups in the perspective of intelligent number empowering,it sorts out the practical problems of innovation and development of professional groups in intelligent number empowering,and proposes that in the intelligent age.Higher vocational colleges should explore the innovative development of"double high"professional groups from six aspects:improving the concept and level of digital governance,adjusting the orientation of professional group talent training,promoting the digital construction of teachers,jointly building digital teaching resources of professional groups,and reforming classroom teaching evaluation methods,so as to form a virtuous circle of high-quality education demand and high-quality talent supply.
