Principles of chemical engineering is the basic course of engineering major,which plays a supporting role in the development of chemical engineering and related majors.It involves the basic principles of the operation of various chemical units and the use of various typical equipment and data calculation,so the learning of theoretical knowledge is boring and difficult to understand,which has become the teaching pain point of this course.Therefore,based on the education and teaching concept of"results-oriented education"(OBE),this paper adopts offline and online mixed teaching design and uses the Super Star learning platform to design and carry out practical research on the teaching reform of principles of chemical engineering courses,analyzes the existing problems and analyzes the learning effects,and provides new ideas for the reform of engineering courses in local agricultural colleges.
