摘要

随着经济全球化和技术创新的不断涌现,世界各国政府和企业越来越注重创新驱动发展,对高层次、创新型人才的需求日益增长.中国位于高等教育普及化国家的行列,且拥有世界规模最大的高等教育体系,但在人才培养质量上仍有待提升.中国高校普遍面临着拔尖创新人才培养方面的挑战,如传统教学模式难以激发学生的创新思维和实践能力、未能充分考虑市场需求变化以致人才质量与社会需求脱节现象等.文章旨在探讨深入推进产学研融合对高校人才培养的促进作用,采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的研究方法,分析产学研深度融合如何成为高校人才培养的新路径.

Abstract

With the continuous emergence of economic globalization and technological innovation,governments and enterprises around the world pay more and more attention to innovation-driven development,and the demand for high-level and innovative talents is growing.China ranks among the countries with universal higher education and has the largest higher education system in the world,but the quality of talent training still needs to be improved.Chinese universities are generally faced with challenges in the cultivation of top innovative talents,such as the traditional teaching model is difficult to stimulate students'innovative thinking and practical ability,and fails to fully consider the changes in market demand,resulting in a disconnect between the quality of talents and social needs.This paper aims to explore the promoting effect of deepening the integration of production,university and research on talent training in colleges and universities,and analyzes how the deep integration of production,university and research becomes a new path for talent training in colleges and universities by using the research method of literature review and case analysis.
