水煤浆气化炉协同处置FMTP压缩冷冻装置废碱液综合利用措施

文章通过对FMTP压缩冷冻装置碱洗塔产生的含黄油碱液,送去废碱液储罐,通过静置分层黄油和废碱液分离,将废碱液由输送泵送至气化装置磨煤单元,采用水煤浆气化炉掺烧协同处置的工艺方法,实现废碱液综合利用.符合国家相关环保政策要求,取得了良好效果,实现了污染物无害化、减量化和资源化的处置目标.
Comprehensive Utilization Measures of Waste Lye in FMTP Compression Refrigeration Unit Co-disposed by Coal Water Slurry Gasifier
In this paper,the butter lye produced by the alkaline washing tower of the FMTP compression refrigeration unit is sent to the waste lye storage tank,and the waste lye is pumped from the transport to the coal grinding unit of the gasification unit through the static separation of stratified butter and waste lye.The process method of blending combustion and cooperative disposal of coal water slurry gasifier is adopted to realize the comprehensive utilization of waste lye,which meets the requirements of relevant national environmental protection policies and achieves good results.The disposal targets of harmless,reducing and resource utilization of pollutants have been realized.
