Study on Optimization of Mineral Processing Methods Based on Magnetization Treatment Technology
As an important means in mineral processing,magnetization treatment technology realizes effective separation,purification and flotation of ore by magnetic change of ore.In this paper,the optimization of mineral processing method based on magnetization treatment technology is studied,and its application and influence in improving ore grade,optimizing beneficiation efficiency and reducing environmental pollution are discussed.At the same time,the key concepts and applications of magnetization processing technology in mineral processing are discussed,including its basic principle,process flow and optimization of mineral processing methods.By analyzing the separation and purification of magnetic minerals,the application of magnetization flotation technology and the application of magnetic field assisted grinding technology.In addition,the paper shows the practical application and optimization effect of magnetization treatment technology in the processing of metal ores and non-metallic minerals.
