The main working principle of Roots blower is that the air enters the Roots blower through the gas muffler,the shell is arranged in the active and driven two parallel rotors,the impeller shape is approximately"8"word,the rotor circumference phase difference of 90°,the impeller to ensure a certain mesh gap between the two rotors synchronously rotate and turn opposite,under the action of the impeller and the shell,The gas is continuously compressed from the upper inlet to the bottom outlet to complete a workflow.To this end,the paper introduces the structural characteristics of double-blade Roots fan in polypropylene unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company.According to the structural characteristics,the construction methods and reasons of the key points of maintenance are expounded,and the faults and treatment measures in the normal operation of this type of fan are introduced.
