化工企业建设数字实验室研究与应用

随着化工行业不断发展与进步,实验室设备数字化程度越来越高,实验室信息管理系统LIMS在各大实验室应用已非常广泛,功能也日益完善,普遍在基础功能下实现了电子原始记录、数据自动计算和处理。但由于实验室设备种类繁多、数字化程度不一,电子原始记录普遍通过检验人员人工输入数据模式,明显带来一定的数据差错和效率低下。因此,建立高标准、高质量、高效率、可扩展的电子记录、原始记录与数据采集结合的方法是数字实验室建设的关键。
Research and Application of Digital Laboratory Construction in Chemical Enterprises
With the continuous development and progress of the chemical industry,the digitalization level of laboratory equipment is also increasing.The laboratory information management system LIMS has also been widely used in major laboratories,and its functions are becoming increasingly perfect.It generally realizes electronic original recording,automatic data calculation and processing under basic functions.However,due to the wide variety of laboratory equipment and varying levels of digitization,electronic raw records are generally inputted manually by inspectors,which clearly leads to certain data errors and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to find a method that combines high standards,high quality,high efficiency and scalability of electronic records,original records and data collection,which is the key to the construction of digital laboratories.
