This paper mainly describes the current situation of the use,measurement and confirmation of safety production fees in the engineering construction process of the petrochemical industry,as well as some problems that exist in the implementation process.Based on the work experience,some thoughts are given to solve these problems.The paper focuses on the uncertainty and difficulties in defining the scope of safety production fees during the construction process,the standard of safety measures input,and the further standardization of the boundary range of safety production fees,measurement and pricing norms and standards.
