Most institute of nationalities are located in economically underdeveloped areas.Due to the lack of resources and the limitation of historical development,the training system of graduate students in science and engineering is not perfect,which can not meet the needs of modern industrial development in ethnic areas.Therefore,under the background of"double first-class"and"emerging engineering education",it is urgent to further improve and strengthen the construction of science and engineering graduate training system in order to train outstanding talents to meet the needs of ethnic areas.Taking the chemical engineering and technology discipline of Guangxi Minzu University as an example,this paper explores and practices the relevant training system,curriculum system,tutor team,academic platform and other aspects of postgraduate education,aiming at cultivating chemical engineering and technical talents with high academic quality,strong academic ability,engineering practice ability and innovation ability.
