摘要

循环水站设备是工业生产中常用的冷却装置,广泛运用于石油化工、煤炭电力、钢铁冶炼等行业,日常运营需要消耗非常多的水资源.为了节约用水、提高水资源的利用率、减少排污,从而实现保护环境和降本增效的目标,循环水的补水要求尽可能减少使用新鲜水.目前主流的循环水补水的节水工艺措施主要有地表水回收再处理产水和污水回收再处理产水,由于这两种水质相较于新鲜水水质较差且不稳定,因此有必要对循环水水质产生的影响进行分析.文章对循环水水质的数据进行合理的提取统计分析,具有一定的参考意义.

Abstract

Circulating water station equipment is a commonly used cooling device in industrial production,widely used in industries such as petrochemicals,coal power,steel smelting,etc.Daily operation requires a lot of water resources.In order to save water,improve the utilization rate of water resources,reduce pollution,and achieve the goals of protecting environment and reducing costs and increasing efficiency,the replenishment of circulating water requires minimizing the use of fresh water as much as possible.At present,the mainstream water-saving technology measures for circulating water replenishment mainly include surface water recovery and reprocessing to produce water and sewage recovery and reprocessing to produce water.Due to the poor and unstable water quality of these two types compared to fresh water,it is necessary to analyze the impact of circulating water quality.This paper provides a reasonable extraction and statistical analysis of data on circulating water quality,which has certain reference significance.
