摘要

文章概述了 ICP-MS技术的基本原理,介绍了其在检测痕量稀土元素方面的显著优势,并详细探讨了 ICP-MS技术在不同环境中检测痕量稀土元素的应用,包括针对不同类型样品的前处理技术和关键步骤,以及在水体、土壤和大气中检测稀土元素的具体应用,同时指出ICP-MS技术在这些领域中的独特优势和实际应用价值.然而,ICP-MS技术也存在一定的局限性,如仪器成本高、操作复杂以及易受干扰等.针对这些局限性,文章提出了相应的改进措施,以期进一步提升ICP-MS技术在环境痕量稀土元素检测中的准确性和可靠性.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the basic principle of ICP-MS technology,introduces its significant advantages in the detection of trace rare earth elements,and discusses in detail the application of ICP-MS technology in the detection of trace rare earth elements in different environments,including the pretreatment technology and key steps for different types of samples,as well as the specific application in the detection of rare earth elements in water,soil and atmosphere.At the same time,the unique advantages and practical application value of ICP-MS technology in these fields are pointed out.However,ICP-MS technology also has some limitations,such as high instrument cost,complex operation and easy interference.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of ICP-MS technology in the detection of trace rare earth elements in the environment,some improvement measures are proposed.
