Application of Man-machine Isolation Technology in Chemical Production Line in Solid Propellant Manufacturing
This paper explores the application of human-machine isolation technology in the entire production process of solid propellant manufacturing in the chemical industry.It focuses on the implementation plans and key control parameters of this technology in stages such as raw material processing,formulation,propellant casting and molding,curing,post-processing and waste recycling.Experimental results indicate that this technology significantly enhances production efficiency and product qualification rates,while greatly improving the operating environment,reducing occupational disease risks and energy consumption levels.
