Research on Constructing An Installation Engineering Quality System Based on Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process
In addition to civil engineering,chemical project construction also includes industry installation engineering,and the control of process quality plays an extremely important role in the safety and stability of the chemical equipment operation.Establishing a set of quality evaluation system for industrial installation engineering is of great significance for administrative departments to carry out supervision.The quality evaluation system indexes were designed preliminarily by summarizing the quality problems and hidden dangers that are prone to occur in industry installation engineering,five first level indexes and twenty-five second indexes were finally determined through three rounds of expert consultation by using the Delphi method and calculated the weights of all the indexes by using the analytic hierarchy process.The results reflected the behaviors that should be emphasized in the regulatory process,and provided important theoretical guidance and technical support for further establishing a more quantitative regulatory evaluation system.
