摘要

文章回顾了近年来国内双氧水生产装置典型火灾事故案例,介绍了当前双氧水生产的主要工艺流程,以当地一家企业为例,简述了关键工艺步骤和典型装置图例,从物料参数、生产工序和工艺特点等方面着手,分析了双氧水生产过程中存在的火灾和爆炸危险性.在此基础上,结合实际案例,从提升事故处置的安全性、高效性出发,明确了"工艺优先、消防攻坚"的处置原则,提出了该类事故应急处置要点,指出了处置过程中的注意事项,旨在为应急救援行动提供科学、全面的引导.

Abstract

This paper reviews the typical fire accident cases of domestic hydrogen peroxide production facilities in recent years.The main process flow of hydrogen peroxide production was introduced,taking a local company as the object of study,the key process steps and typical device legend were briefly described,starting from material parameters,production process and process characteristics,the fire and explosion hazards in hydrogen peroxide production were analyzed.Based on these analysis and accident cases,the principle of"prioritize craftsmanship and tackle fire hazards"was defined in order to improve the safety and efficiency of accident emergency disposal,the points of emergency disposal and attention cases in the process were pointed out.It provided scientific and comprehensive guidance for emergency rescue operations.
