Optimization Study of Fuel Equipment in Thermal Power Plants Based on Chemical Corrosion Protection Technologies
This paper aims to study the optimization effects of chemical corrosion protection technologies on fuel equipment in thermal power plants,enhancing the corrosion resistance,wear resistance and thermal cycling life of the equipment.Using chemical protective coating technologies,optimizations were designed for the fuel delivery systems and boiler water walls.The effectiveness of these optimization schemes was verified through experiments.Experimental results showed that the optimized treatments significantly improved the overall performance of the equipment,extended service life,and reduced maintenance costs,providing technical support for the long-term stable operation of thermal power plants.
