Research on the Recovery and Utilization Technology of 1,4-Butanediol(BDO)Alkyne Reaction Catalyst
This paper addresses the issue of severe deactivation of Cu-based catalysts in the synthesis process of 1,4-Butanediol(BDO),conducting research on the deactivation mechanism analysis and regeneration process optimization of the catalysts.By investigating the effects of factors such as calcination temperature, time and reduction conditions, optimal regeneration process parameters for the catalyst were obtained. The activity and selectivity of the regenerated catalyst can be restored to over 97%of that of fresh catalyst, with further enhanced stability after modification by SiO2 encapsulation. The use of regenerated catalysts can significantly reduce preparation costs, decrease the discharge of spent catalysts, and has promising industrial application prospects.
