文章以60X材料为基础,系统探讨了其在ABS电镀性能及生产过程中的表现。通过对60X和传统的60R材料进行比较分析,发现60X在改善电镀层表面光洁度、增强附着力以及减少Pinhole缺陷等方面具有显著优势。同时,文章还分析了 60X在生产过程中对细粉回收、成型性和架桥现象的影响,并提出了针对性的工艺优化建议。实验结果表明,60X替代60R在提升电镀性能和生产效率方面具有良好的应用前景,尽管在生产过程中面临一些挑战,但通过工艺调整和设备优化,这些问题可以得到有效解决。
Research on ABS Plating Performance and Production Process Based on 60X
Based on 60X material,this study systematically discusses its performance and manifestation in ABS plating and production process.Through the comparative analysis of 60X and traditional 60R materials,it is found that 60X has significant advantages in improving the surface finish of the plating layer,enhancing adhesion and reducing Pinhole defects.At the same time,the study also analyzed the effects of 60X on fine powder recovery,formability and bridging phenomenon in the production process,and put forward targeted process optimization suggestions.The experimental results show that 60X instead of 60R has a good application prospect in improving electroplating performance and production efficiency,although there are some challenges in the production process,these problems can be effectively solved through process adjustment and equipment optimization.
