High pressure coal slurry pump is the core component of coal water slurry gasification process,and its stability is directly related to the efficiency and safety of the gasification system.The high pressure coal slurry pump drives the piston reciprocating movement through the crankshaft,and delivers the coal water slurry to the burner with the transmission liquid extrusion diaphragm.The viscosity of the coal slurry and its flow stability in the system put forward high standard requirements for the performance of the pump.The maintenance quality of the pump is also one of the key factors to ensure its stable operation,which involves the maintenance and replacement of many key components such as crankshaft,bearing,crosshead,check valve,double diaphragm and oil tank.In this paper,the operation stability of high pressure coal slurry slurry pump in the coal water slurry gasification system and its influence on the whole gasification process are analyzed,the specific operation and technical requirements of the main components of the pump in the routine maintenance process are discussed in detail,pointing out the importance of maintenance quality to the operation stability of the pump,and the relevant optimization suggestions are put forward.
